Defund The BBC..... or NOT?

The BBC brings continued outstanding and award-winning broadcasting and programming to the UK, through itself and its commercial subsidiaries, such as BBC Studios.

Doctor Who co-producer Russell T Davies explains why claims that making the BBC a 'subscription service like HBO' will be good are bogus.

Graham Norton explains the outstanding quality and standards that BBC not only uphold in themselves but also in other broadcasters and production companies in the country.

If you don't want to pay, you don't have to

Even Defund The BBC themselves admit and give guides on how to cancel TV Licensing subscriptions, which shows that there is no legal requirement for you to pay, as long as you don't watch. It's as simple as that. But, is that really helping to defund the BBC: I think not. The BBC already supplements the license fee through the licensing of its brand/name/etc. to its commercial subsidiaries, such as BBC Studios; BBC Studioworks; BritBox; etc., so they have plenty of other sources for money. So, unless there's a major boycott, will your own boycott help to defund them at all?
